Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This is the short, honest version of a privacy policy. We don't track you, we don't sell your data, and we don't use creepy ad pixels. Here's what we actually do.

What we collect on this website

Right now, almost nothing. This site has no contact forms, no newsletter signups, no analytics tracking, and no advertising pixels. Your browser may store standard session cookies — that's normal browser behavior, not us collecting anything.

If we add tracking (like Google Analytics) or advertising pixels (like Meta Pixel) in the future, we'll update this page first.

When you book a call

Our scheduling is handled by Calendly. When you book a 20-minute strategy call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide on their platform. We use that info only to:

We don't share, sell, or rent your information to anyone. For details on how Calendly handles your data, see Calendly's privacy policy.

When you become a client

If you hire us, we'll have access to your marketing platforms (email tools, ad accounts, CRM, analytics, etc.) to do the work you hired us to do. We treat that data with the same care as our own. We don't share client data with anyone outside our team, and we don't use one client's data to inform another's strategy.

When our engagement ends, you keep everything. We don't retain client data beyond what's required for our records (typically invoices for tax purposes).

How we communicate with you

If you've contacted us or worked with us, we may email you with relevant updates, follow-ups, or service-related communication. We don't add you to a marketing newsletter unless you explicitly subscribe to one (we don't have one right now).

If you ever want us to stop emailing you, just reply with "unsubscribe" or "remove me" — we'll do it within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Cookies

This website uses only essential browser cookies (the kind that make websites work). We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on this site at the time of this policy.

Your rights

If you're in California (CCPA), the EU (GDPR), or anywhere else with privacy regulations, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, just email us. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses, not individuals under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we add tracking, advertising pixels, contact forms, or anything else that changes what we collect, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
